What was wrong. On publication this page stated that no results from LAP 06 had been published in any retrievable public source, and it carried no result for any bout on the card.
What it now says. The full card result. Emma Chandler defeated Jazmín Lara by technical knockout from punches at 2:00 of the first round; Doedk Rodríguez won the lightweight title over Víctor "Cubano" Flores on a doctor's stoppage in the second; Santiago "The Goat" Huerta won the flyweight title over Zion Fairley in the second; twelve bouts, eleven finishes, one referee.
How it happened. The results had been entered on the fighters' own database records and on the promotion's event page. The check made before publication looked for a LAP 06 event page under a guessed address and searched the news outlets that had previewed the card, found neither, and concluded the results did not exist. They did. The error was in the search, not in the sources.
